The healthcare finance space can be stale, and we wanted to be the opposite of that. To offset Zelis’ darker brand colors, we pulled in some of the brighter tones from the extended palette and added quirky animations in order to connect with our audience, being sure to emphasize special events & holidays with unique typography treatments and color systems.

ILLUSTRATION

As Zelis’ brand continued to evolve, we were looking forward and wanted to establish a branded illustration style to be referenced in the future. We delivered some simple, semi-realistic illustrations, complete with a brand-approved color palette of skin and hair tones, and a rulebook to ensure characters were being created with culturally sensitive and unique clothing and hair styles.

EXPRESSIVE COLLAGE

As healthcare financial systems became more tech-centric, Zelis wanted to emphasize not only cutting-edge technology, but more importantly, the people behind the scenes giving customers and clients alike peace of mind that their payments weren’t being handled by an AI or algorithm. This was achieved with human-first imagery to be used across all marketing materials, including presentations, white papers, social media, and the website.
